Western Hills' Staff
Harley Davidson, Minister
Harley Davidson has been the preaching minister at Western Hills since 1993. He and his wife, Donna, have been married 37 years. They have two adult children, Brandon and Autumn. They also have six beautiful grandchildren who make life very interesting. Harley has a passion for the heart of those who have not yet claimed Jesus as their Savior, and he thanks the Lord daily for placing in his heart a love for proclaiming His great love to others. He may have a strange name, but his love for the Lord is as real as it gets. His motto is "Do something good until you do something better, but do something."
Robby Dillinger, Youth Minister
Robby and his wife, Nicole, joined the Western Hills family in the summer of 2014. He began serving as Western Hills' youth minister that September. Originally from Searcy, Ark., Robby served for two years as Youth & Family Minister at Three Chopt Church of Christ in Richmond, Virginia. He also spent time as a youth ministry intern at Fairfax (Va.) Church of Christ. Robby earned his degree in Youth and Family Ministry from Harding University in 2012, and lists music, sports and weightlifting among his hobbies.

She coordinates the Sonshine Express program at the church, as well as its annual Vacation Bible School initiative. She and her husband, Steve, have three sweet children: Carter, Ella, and Jake.
